Catholic Health
Partners consists of seven regional health systems that provide
a wide range of healthcare services. All of our regional health
systems include acute care hospitals, and many of them also include
long-term care residences, housing sites for the elderly, home
health agencies, hospice programs, outreach services and wellness
centers.

System™ Solution.

Mercy St.
Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio - 543 bed, critical care
regional referral and teaching center.
Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain, Ohio - 328
bed, non-profit, full-service hospital providing inpatient,
outpatient and ancillary services.
Mercy St. Anne
Hospital, Toledo Ohio - 100 bed facility providing a
comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services
in a single location. A recent Emergency Department expansion
now provides 26 ED beds.
Mercy St.
Charles Hospital, Toledo, Ohio - 390 bed level
III trauma center, serving the healthcare needs of
Toledo's eastern communities. Ottawa counties.
St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio - 453 bed
facility, providing comprehensive healthcare services for residents
in West Central Ohio.

Baptist Medical Center South, Montgomery, AL - 454 bed,
tertiary care, not-for-profit medical center serving the healthcare
needs of central Alabama.

St. Mary's
Hospital, Passaic, NJ - 287 bed, non-profit acute
care hospital offering a broad range of healthcare services and
community outreach programs, serving Passaic and Bergen
communities, as well as to areas of Essex and Hudson Counties.

Medical
Center of Central Georgia, Macon, GA - a 637 bed, tertiary
regional teaching medical center, Level I Trauma Center and a
perinatal center, MCCG serves a primary and secondary service
area of 30 counties and nearly 750,000 persons in central and South
Georgia.

Catholic Health East is
a multi-institutional Catholic health system, co-sponsored by nine
religious congregations and Hope Ministries, a Public Juridic
Person within Catholic Health East. Based in Newtown Square,
Pennsylvania, the System provides the means to ensure the
continuation of the Catholic identity and operational strength of
the sponsors' health ministries, which are located in 11 eastern
states from Maine to Florida.

implementing the Care Logistics® Hospital Operating System™ Solution.

St. Peter's
Health Care Services, Albany, NY - serving nearly 4,000 people
every day with comprehensive medical services, free educational
programs and a host of community health screenings throughout the
region.

Albany
Memorial Hospital, Albany, NY - a 165-bed community
hospital, Albany Memorial is at the forefront of acute inpatient
and outpatient care and offers a vast range of services, including
critical care, ambulatory surgery, diabetes management at our
Diabetes Center and care for congestive heart failure through our
Heart Program.
Samaritan
Hospital, Troy, NY - a 238-bed capacity, Samaritan
offers a vast range of services, including critical care,
ambulatory surgery, maternity, cancer care, women's health and
behavioral health services.

Mercy
Medical Center, Springfield, MA - a full-service health care
facility located in Springfield, Massachusetts. We are well-known
for our tradition of providing patients with a high-touch, holistic
approach to health care -- along with having the very latest in
medical technology. Our staff is committed to treating beyond
illnesses and injuries to include wellness programs, support groups
and educational programs.

Holy
Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, FL -
a full-service, 571-bed, non-profit Catholic hospital,
sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Catholic Health
East.

Floyd is an
award-winning system of health care providers serving Northwest
Georgia and Northeast Alabama. Located in Rome, Ga., we are Floyd
County's largest employer with over 2,000 employees. Floyd
Medical Center provides a full range of ancillary services in the
Coosa Valley region. We are home to a state-designated Level II
Trauma Center, a behavioral health center, primary care and urgent
care network of providers. We also host a realm of outpatient
services, including the operation of the Floyd County Clinic and an
associated pharmacy for uninsured patients who cannot otherwise
afford health care.

Regional Medical
Center at Memphis is a regional healthcare resource providing
accessible, efficient, quality healthcare for individuals
throughout a 5-state region within 150 miles of Memphis. Regional
Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare delivery system
anchored by highly respected Centers of Excellence including
trauma, burn, neonatal intensive care and high-risk obstetrics. In
addition to its notable Centers of Excellence, the system provides
an array of primary and specialty care services through its Health
Loop and outpatient services.
