Kristie is an accomplished nursing leader with more than 20 years of progressive healthcare management experience. She began her healthcare career in the acute care environment as a pediatric critical care nurse, expanding to multiple nursing management positions, along with serving as the executive that created and led a four-hospital system Resource Management Department (with over 500 flex staff members to service the system).
With her extensive senior-level experience, Kristie understands how hospital operating and care teams work. As Chief Nursing Executive, she partners with client hospital executives to ensure the success of their transformation project. Kristie leads Care Logistics seasoned team of former hospital executives and industrial engineers that assist hospitals in their journey to create optimal efficiency through current and future state analysis, design of the care coordination model and implementing executive operational rounding. She also leads the team that transitions clients to self-sustaining hospital efficiency, performing twice-yearly OnPath progress reports to ensure that teams are appropriately and consistently applying operational processes.
A passionate and collaborative nurse leader, Kristie graduated from the University of Florida and holds a Master of Science in Nursing. She has been featured in a number of publications including Inside Healthcare (October 2009), Healthcare Financial Management (April 2009), Business of Caring, Healthcare Financial Management (March 2009) and Nursing Spectrum (August 2005). She is a member of the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives. Kristie is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
