Associate Spotlight: Ashlyn Reed, Marketing & Digital Media Specialist
From transformation engineers to Master’s-trained nurses to expert software developers, Care Logistics employs many intelligent and creative people. Among them is Ashlyn Reed, a dynamic force in the marketing department who brings clarity and creativity to everything she touches.
Ashlyn blends graphic design, copywriting, and strategy to make complex ideas more accessible. “I try to take complex ideas and present them in a way that feels approachable and engaging,” she says. “That way, more people can understand and appreciate the impact of what we do.”
One of her proudest moments came while working on a case study about Tanner Health’s progress. “It was especially meaningful to see how our work supports hospitals in delivering better care to their communities,” she reflects. “It’s a great reminder that what we do has a real-world impact beyond the walls of our office.”
Ashlyn plays a key role in supporting hospital partners by making Care Logistics’ solutions easier to understand. Whether through clear messaging, thoughtful design, or compelling storytelling, she helps others see the value in what the company offers. “If I can help someone see the value in what we do a little more clearly, then I feel like I’ve done my part in supporting the bigger picture.”
What sets Care Logistics apart in Ashlyn’s eyes is its ability to impact so many facets of a healthcare organization, from patient experience to financial performance. “There’s a genuine commitment here to improving how care is delivered, not just for organizations themselves, but in the communities they serve,” she says. “That kind of focus on the practical and the human side of healthcare feels rare and meaningful.”
Ashlyn is driven by the belief that creative work can play a small but important role in something bigger. “Knowing that my contributions help shine a light on solutions that improve care makes the work feel purposeful.”
Outside of work, Ashlyn’s creativity continues to flourish. She enjoys painting, drawing, crocheting, and knitting—and she’s also a lifelong dancer, specializing in Argentine tango. “It’s all about connection, expression, and balance,” she says, “which feels oddly similar to some parts of our work here!”
